First Passive Townhouses Build
The firewall is in and more. A great first build!

Foundation and Insulation Goes In
The last two weeks of August and first week of September brought the pouring of the Habitat Passive Townhouses foundations and the installation of the super efficient basement insulation.

Preparing to Pour the Foundation
On Thursday and Friday the excavation team continued to prep the property for the pouring of the foundation. Most of the digging is now done.
That's a lot of digging in two days!
Next comes setting up the forms and the pouring of the concrete.

Columbia Street Passive Houses Break Ground

Last week Columbia County Habitat for Humanity held a ceremonial ground breaking ceremony. Today was the actual ground breaking. In the first day much of the area for the foundation was dug.
